While we can speculate to our heart`s content regarding the particulars of the deal and the motivations for settlement, the bottom line ultimately is this: the share price will reflect the actual economics of the company -- real revenues, real earnings, and real cash flow (or the lack thereof). The wild daily fluctuations caused by traders and others ought not be the harbingers of what is to come.
If you can trade it and make money, good for you. If you believe the products and the actions of management will lead to long-term positive financial results then hold on, eventually you will have a share price reflective of the actual value of the company. All the best. MW
