Hm, but what if the "grant of a MMP license" allowed the use of the technology only for the time period the patents are under USPTO investigation? And IF the patents are revalidated, this grant would end and a " new" MMP license would have to be negotiated? Consequently if the patents fail with the USPTO, the grant equals a purchase?

Just speculation and this since the end of 2007...
