If there is more to the MOU, then perhaps, something will be reflected in their quarterly results. Or, perhaps the event, if any, hasn't taken place as of yet.

So if the grant, at some point becomes a license signing (aka purchase of license) PTSC is not required to disclose it....however, to insure transparency one would expect them to disclose such an event
