Yes, but again, it is worth about as much as it was the first time. LOL I only share what I am told by these PA's because IMO it is more valuable than anything I could say or write, plus it adds just another angle to our conversations (like we need another angle). In reality though, only the laywers that were there behind the closed doors of negotiation know what we did or did not get. Personally, I go back and forth because there are compelling arguments on both sides of the coin. Things do look better though...just wish things moved faster. Hang in there.
