For starters, as a fan of the Defending and 3-time Stanley Cup Champs, that motto is not Baroni's but former Penguins and US Olympic Coach Herb Brooks! lol

That being said, this might indeed be a great opportunity for him. My concern is the "for him" piece of that statement. I look at his credentials and past performance, and I THINK he's a player. I look at our BOD's credentials and past performance, and....well....not so much.

I do HOPE that Baroni's involvement is MORE than just a consulting relationship. And also, in that hope, I'm hoping the benefit of that relationship is to us as shareholders, and not to insiders and "players" as it has seemed to be for many years.
