The reason I listed my post as "Baroni Connection" is that if you google "greg baroni digital management", you'll see that LinkedIn has his listed as a "Vice Chairman at Digital Management" in the Feb 2009 time frame. Don't know if that is still a current relationship based on his Eclat ties, but it seems that he was involved with Digital Management, and perhaps there is some connection be fostered with them through Baroni.
