then I decided--what the heck, I have read all of this a couple of years ago. lol I thought of something that could have caused the despute btw. our BoD and RG and wanted to share it with the rest of you in hopes to get some feedback. I remember reading that Dr. Mohlenbrock developed the Crossflo and Iameter to help physicians and hospitals improve on quality of care. I wonder if in the sales agreement, RG stated that he would limit the use of the technology to the healthcare field (and not have said anything to the BoD about it)? Perhaps Baroni approached mngt. with the idea that it could be used in other areas and RG would not go along with it. Hope to get some news soon. GL, ads
