Brian Mooney's Biography

Brian Mooney Chief Financial Officer Mr. Mooney has been with Verras Medical since 2001, and has more than 13 years of experience in finance, investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity investments, and valuation analysis. Mr. Mooney has operating experience as a CFO of early stage and mature companies, particularly with software and service companies in the medical industry. Mr. Mooney is a founder and managing partner of Commercial Bridge Capital, LLC, a venture lending fund and a founder and managing partner of Regent Partners, LLC, a boutique investment banking firm. Mr. Mooney earned his MBA in Corporate Finance in 1990 from the University of Maryland Graduate Business School at College Park, and his BA in Economics from Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland. Mr. Mooney serves on the board of directors of Crossflo Systems, Inc., SmartPro3, Inc. and MediaGear, Inc.
