I'm not sure what your point is.......There may be a lot of talent, it doesn't mean it's the right talent, with Baroni needing to put the correct person in place (to advance his reputation) which the needs of the new CEO is then being defined after a market evaluation study takes place.......All I said is I don't believe a new CEO will be introduced by January (I believe the study itself is completed by January, if you're lucky)........IMO......

I wish Baroni could do a study of our BOD, I wonder how much that costs?.......
