FWIW...HTC is on record as the requestor for the '0520 and '0562 if you look at the IFW under Receipt of Orig. ExParte request by Third Party.

White & Case requested the denied '336 (app. '0551).

I'm still curious as to what you're formulating though. Perhaps something to do with the current litigation?
