Which also goes to show that the only true DD comes from a company's SEC filings. ESPECIALLY from penny OTC stocks. PRs are subject to safe harbour rules. PR's are only as valuable as the company's credibility. PTSC??? Enough said.

On another note, I had said a while back in agreement with someone else...get rid of the entire company, BOD, offices, hire a trustee and just issue dividends based on income from the MMP.

For those that think buyback is the way to go...how has that worked so far?
