The reason I ask is because both anlyst and final4 believe they are NOT, and will be forced to settle with Patriot.

PTSC - this language is from the judge in the Intel case. it says the Intel case was on hold until resolution of the ownership of the patents. Note it says the parties will notify the judge IMMEDIATELY after the patent ownership is resolved, meaning the Intel, et al case is immediately back on he burner. wouldn`t be surprised to see Intel et al take licenses immediately.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT all further proceedings in the above-entitled actions are STAYED pending a final decision by Judge Fogel in Patriot Scientific Corporation v. Charles H.
Moore, et al., C-04-0618-JF. The parties shall file a joint periodic status report with the Court every ninety (90) days from the date this Order is filed. Each joint periodic status report shall apprise the Court of the status of the proceedings before Judge Fogel, the parties` intentions regarding prosecuting this action, counsels` current contact information, and any other relevant matter. If and when Judge Fogel issues his
final decision, the parties shall immediately notify the Court of the decision and shall inform the Court of their intentions regarding proceeding with this action.
