I believe that any kind of settlement will be based on the developments occuring at the USPTO. The links mentioned by Opty are now inactive but they are still available by searching by app. #. I can't now think of the significance of the dead links in regards to it being part of the settlement process but it's worth exploring or at least taking note of. Perhaps this event being coupled with the next development will show the direction things are headed. Stay tuned.
