That is not what I said. I said buy low and sell below the current ask. That can actually be profitable as long as overall volume is low. Obviously they could not do it if there is any volume on the buy side. But litigants typically attempt to create max pain in the hopes that the other side will do anything to make the pain go away. Do you think they limit that to reexam requests and court delays?
