try and fight their case. They appear to be up against the wall at this point. Someone pointed out that this is the season to get products to the market-- stalling for time gives them a better chance of "making more money" to their bottom line now ---when the settlement occurs, (and it will, IMHO) their investors won't even be upset (afterall, they are "making money"). There comes a point when the PTO and JW both should say "THIS IS ENOUGH!" IMHO, it is time for the PTO to do the right thing- deny ALL reexams and issue the recerts. It is too unfair that in this day and age these kind of strategies can be used long enough to kill another company. They do't know THIS company--we have survived THIS far--we have strength left to fight and they are the ones up against the wall. GL, ads
