Hmmm. I disagree. I'm Confident USPTO would disagree. And I'm confident that US Courts would disagree.
Variable speed clocking existed well before Moore and Fish came up with the MMP patents. Hence, I do not believe the USPTO would have allowed them to patent "variable speed clock" w/o defining what they mean by it. IMHO
