Take a look at the chart. Looks to me like we have a small hummingbird candlestick formation. Support seems to be at about .22 and we have been there 2 times in this flag formation. We also seem to be oversold IMO. So it looks to me like we could fly with your news! The question in my mind is how hi and when. 28 cents seems to be a meaningful ceiling, but do you think we can get above it with this news? GLTAL
