Chicago is the biggest convention center in the country, has the busiest airport etc for a reason- it is centrally located. I am a lifelong Chicago-area guy. If you haven't been to Chicago-I suggest you make it for the meeting and maybe a night or two extra to take it all in. You won't regret it. Those of us who know how to dress (LAYERS & a BIG UGLY HAT!) don't have a problem with it. Great town. I have been over in Detroit for past few years and am going to try and make it to the SHM. BTW- I hear Fut's buying drinks.
