I have been thinking about the conference that was rescheduled to occur today. It seems that speculation on the re-exams for the various patents has people wondering what will happen. Are settlement talks in progress? Will Judge Fogel be pushing for resolution today? Some have speculated that the re-exams will be denied, and that re-certs are likely in the cards. The suspense is exhausting!

Things are heating up on all of these fronts, and what happens in the next two months leading up to the ASHM will be very telling, IMO. I think we will finally know where this company stands in regard to the MMP and the subsidiary operations. I want to believe things will turn out in our favor, but the uncertainty and the history of PTSC curb any enthusiasm I may have had up to now. Interesting times, indeed.
