I think this last reexam is the reason no offical notice was given in the Gazette. I also believe that this reexam will go thru in record time and be given a priority. Perhaps finished by 90 day stay extention we agreed to. Perhaps this is the reason for the extention.

Technically they were a day late refiling. I don't know how much merit that will carry in the court, since the USPTO had no problem approving it.
