It is a travesty of justice for the PTO to allow these reexams knowing that the patent in question has already passed an exhaustive reexam with much of the same prior art no doubt. They also must know that these procedures are expensive for the patent holder. Our patent system of justice is a sham, a farce that is stacked in favor of those having to license a patent.
