I certianly don't think you can call it good news, can you? It would be nice to be able to start seeing this stock increase in value as I'm now in retirement and this stock was supposed to have been the one the provided the cherry on top. I could use it NOW. I really don't have years to wait for this all to play out.

The other thing that bothers me is the fact that while they continue to challenge the validity of our patents the clock is running out on our ability to collect. I don't see how THAT is fair but then maybe I don't understand the process.

In any event, I still believe in our patents. I just wish everything concerning this stock wasn't as clear as mud. Ownership, validity, BOD compedence, share price direction, SHM Location. As a matter of fact I can't think of anything that is straight forward and clear concerning this company, except when I look at the price per share chart.

I really hurt tonight so maybe that explains my unusually dark outlook tonight. Sorry
