Those are more or less my thoughts, too.

We cannot get a recertification and afterwards still ongoing reex. Either the 336 is valid and recertified, or not. The "hanging arround" situation cannot be the future of any patent. Furthermore, the German decision on the MMP was clear and without any doubts positive, too.

I hope the latest ordered reex in case of the 336 will be answered quicly by the USPTO with a "go away and pay".
