How do you know that recertification of '336 isn't currently on hold?

TPL feels pretty confident of a recert. And if you go by the schedule of the 584, which took 10 weeks from RXNIRC to publication. That places the 336 publication (RXNIRC filed 9/11/09) at either this week or next.
