I asked him how many re-exams could there possibly be. His reply was that he knew of no limit.

I asked this question of the board years ago when the first reexam was ordered and everybody said "no way" they can't go on for ever. When will it end? Looks like an advantage for infringers to me.

We are waiting for our recertification of the 336 to hit the Gazette aren't we? That time frame I believe was 90 days from when the letter was sent out.
