Think about these things. No specific investor relations person. No permenant CEO. PTSC has no agenda to be put out "before the meeting". The meeting had to be moved to Chicago because they had no agenda that will be told to shareholders before the meeting? So does another entity have an agenda? Very mysterious to me. Have we been sold? Or absorbed? Why would a company not have an investor relations lead? Yet they work with Baroni? A new company in the formation? I don't expect a regular business meeting. The fact that they moved it to Chicago makes it not be regular!!! Comments and thoughts please........but better still info that leads to a revelation about the real reason to move the meeting and the delay to January. TIA
