After the Oylmpics were given to Vancouver, Chicago is begging people to come to town.

Heck if they want cheap rates they could have stayed in the same state and had it in an assortment of less expensive locations in CA. Having it in Chicago, in the middle of winter is just ridiculous. I hope there is a valid "good" reason.
