Actually, NITE trades/performs as MM for many entities. Apparently added fairly recently to their list of clients is ETrade (at least for OTCBBs) - which used to have their own MM. At least it looked like NITE was handling my buys through ETrade earleir this week, and I note that ETRD (or whatever there symbol was) is no longer on the MMs list on delayed L2.
