Regarding the Gazette... Does PTO publish Recertified patents which are currently under Reexam? This does not make sense.. at least not to me.. I will believe it when I see it.. hopefully we will see it. Personaly I expect to see a fairly quick reexam of the '336.. then see it published.. but I sure don't know. Might be a good question for the PTO, PTSC or maybe Kidd's PA..
