Banosser-Why the renewed optimism? I don't see any new basis for new optimism-just the same mixed-message, clear as mud USPTO process

It appears that there will be a re-exam published in the gazette (not confirmed) but there remains the not inconsequential matter of an outstanding re-exam - no?

Does a re-exam certificate in the gazette negate or at least "carry more weight" or supersede the ongoing re-exam?

It sure still feels ridiculously ambiguous to me.
