Really? I thought I read more than a few posts wondering whether the PTO will delay the issuance of the certificate because of the new reexam. We have an answer to that question, so it is a relief to know they did not. Perhaps not news to drive the pps up, but the other outcome might have driven it down. So in that respect, I consider it good news.
