No one here is happy with the master agreement. However, I do not believe it is defective, in a legal sense. Are you challenging its legality w/o reading it?
In any case, you appear to be of the opinion that PTSC/TPL have knowledge about reexam status which they should make public, even though the PTO chooses not to do so. I hope you honestly do not believe that would be good for us.
