My take on Baroni is that he wanted to use the CDX for something that RG and company did not want to do. I think that they were focused on the healthcare industry and Baroni was bright enough to see use beyond that industry. My interpretation of things is that whatever Baroni is using it for will happen very soon--and we need it. The change in the healtcare industry was not moving fast enough, but we should see our time in the sun there too. GL, ads
