Reexam - Final Rejection

Some of the information you are looking for is on a 36 page document control number 90/008,474 current re-re-reexamination. It also cites various patents that I believe contains the information you are looking for.

It looks as though there are 3 reexaminations merged at the present. Could be the completed 336 reexamination announcement may have been premature. The original request by PUBAT was expired do to non-response however, that is after the three proceedings were merged
