PTSC turned 22 this year. Looking at their financial track record I’d guess they got started tipping the sauce long before they turned 21. Stock Price Charts show their staggering life so far, exemplifying that notorious random-walk, with many falls along the way into the gutter.

It’s clear to me that the upcoming year (23) shows signs of a big favorable change, at least in foresight. But a rosy outlook has never been lacking for PTSC.

Let’s hope 23 is the lucky number. A comparable earnings number, $23M, has never been out of reach for this company with so much promise.

Add up all the pluses and minuses and the conclusion is - Year 2010 should be party time!
