I think some people believe that once prior art in the reexams are used up there should be substantial increase in revenue. The 336 has had four reexams now and is holding up well. Once all avenues of escape have been closed off there will be no choice but comply. Comply with our terms not these cheap charity fees we have been giving out. Like the share price @ $2, the board’s salaries are a little before their time.
