Since the price did exceed $2 and Swartz was able to unload his investment, the company has been silent about the MMP. Since Swartz was cognizant of the MMP litigation being an insider, a little transparency on this matter should have been company policy. I do give the company credit for providing generous compensation packages to the BOD or our revolving-door presidents, but I would like to see some return on my three year investment.
