In my ignorance, I have been making some statements with respect to expectations w/o a proper understanding of the timing of various steps in the reexam procedures. Specifically, I had been under the erroneous assumption that the granting of a reexam requires a response to the SNQs. I understand now that the patent holder's response only comes after the examiner provides the office action that relates to the grant. Uhhh.

In any case, it would appear that in the case of the 148, the examiner has not yet provided an OA related to 90/009562. At least I can not find it.

I'm out of pocket today, but this evening I plan to put together where exactly we are with respect to each of the reexams for my own benefit, and will post it.
