One more thing - I think a ``Senior Fellow`` title would be borderline insult given Chuck`s background and qualifications. Depends on his personality - if he`s not leadership-driven, you leave someone like that alone and give them an ``emeritus`` type of title. If he is though, they are made some type of VP-level with underlings....
