Swartz was not bad mouthed for being a "shareholder" - he was bad mouthed for selling every share he had as fast as he could. He used every SP spike, piece of news and positive announcement as an opportunity to dump all his shares and make some fast cash for himself. He had absolutely no concern for his fellow shareholders or in how well the company did - if he had any interest in the company, he would not have dumped all his shares. He simply used Patriot as a cash money machine. He is partly responsible for the SP diving and the market's attitude towards this stock. Who the he%% wants to purchase a stock that moves down on good news? You can thank Swartz for that.
