I feel a need to point out that the examiner is fully within his rights to agree with SNQs that are based totally on "old art." But it's not clear to me if that is what he is doing, or whether he is ignoring suff because it wasn't official yet and part of the record.

In any case, if there is an Office Action to follow, I would imagine it has to be worded differently from the grant in light of the issuance of the reexam certificate.
