I don’t understand why there is any reason to call. All public information is at the USPTO website. It is clear and detailed. As the examiner reports his findings he recites the document in question then provides the exact words of the codes and provides the number of that code.
I sense some confusion here of exactly what is going on but in regards to the reexaminations it is very clear and explicit.
Yesterday Opty was pointing out a date in the new 336 reexamination of November 24. There have been no movements in the new 336 since November 14??????
Today everyone was using mob mentality clamoring about calling the examiner. The federal government has spent over one hundred years perfecting the public process so that would not be necessary. Let the man do his work, he should not be playing phone tag with questions that have already had the answers provided.
In regards to the suggested questions for the theoretical phone call to examiner I only read one. It was posted by Opty. I answered that question three times. Once in my laymen’s analogy, once in the examiner’s analogy, and once in the analogy of the UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT NORTHERN DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA - SAN JOSE DIVISION.
I don’t know what the examiner is supposed to say?
