I think we should wait until at least 12-15-2009 to contact the examiner. There should be an offical notice of the NIRC in the Gazette by then, if not there might be a technicality problem which we may be able to confirm via the examiner. if there is an offical notice perhaps then we will be enlightened by TPL, or PTSC. I wouldn't hold my breath, but who knows? It only makes sense to wait at least until then.
