There could very well be yet another reexamination just around the corner. In the SNQ’s raised in the in the current examination some were disqualified since the prior four combined reexaminations were not completed at the time of the reexamination request. Now that the four combined reexaminations have been completed and the 336 has been amended there are stones yet to be turned over in the 336 patent. I would bet money the 336 will have at least one reexamination request.
