This reexamination business could have been speeded up years ago. We were a little slow getting our act together with the Moore, Fish, Patriot debacle and who owned what. It is a common practice for patent owners to file for their reexaminations. That gets the patent more finely tuned complements of the US Government. If Moore did that years ago, all of our ducks would be in a row now
