7/23 notice of incomplete re-exam

9/30 notice of reexam request filing date

Wouldn't the 9/30 date be the starting point whereby, if the prior reexam certificate is issued within 90 days of this date, then the current re-exam would be based on the claims in the recertified, patent? >

The notice specified 8/24 as the filing date. Examiner had 3 months from that date to decide on whether to grant a reexam. Cprrections welcomed.
