Yes we agree. There will be more actions. My point is that the examiner has already reexamined the patent. He must in order to accept or deny the request for the reexamination. Once he grants the reexamination his decision is submitted to a panel for review and they will agree or disagree with his decision. We do not know the final outcome until the issuance of reexamination certificate.
