The examiner had 3 months from 8/24

to decide if the reexam will be granted. He did not have three months from 8/24 to complete the exam, that reexam was ordered on 11/14

My question still remains, pursuant to the MPEP chapter 2200 section 2295 it appears that the current reexam should be based on the changes made by the issued re exam certificate
