Do you think TPL needs to reply to the reexamination?

If the EE’s and the attorneys feel that the 336 can pass the reexamination as is at this point there is no need to respond. Since 336 just passed 4 reexaminations and the current reexamination is only suggesting a new concept on the prior reexamination material what is our chances of not responding?
