You're right, of course. I guess what I was simply trying to imply was that the document published in the Gazette would contain all the officially recognized details and the NIRC only shows an overview.
I would think that the "go to" document any official business concerning the newly re-certified patent would be the document published in the Gazette rather than the NIRC or any other Office Action if it came down to defining exactly what the official patent is comprised of....not to say that the other documents available would not be referred to as well, like you have correctly pointed out.
Again, corrections/comments welcomed.
